Coronary arteries require incredibly small, delicate balloons, while peripheral interventions in the legs demand much longer and wider profiles. By continuously innovating across material science, drug-delivery mechanisms, and sizing matrices, the medical device industry ensures that physicians have the exact tools they need to treat increasingly complex cardiovascular diseases safely and effectively.
